2. Fill out the petition completely.

3. You must have two Scottish Rite Members sign your petition.

4. In addition to your reunion dues, you may purchase Master Craftsman at a greatly reduced rate at the same time:

Reunion dues: $250

Master Craftsman: $25

Endowment: $1200 (payment plans available)

5. Submit your petition and check, for the total amount, by mail or in person:
