IBGI-The International Brotherhood of Grease Inspectors

The IBGI, under the careful supervision of the Supreme Allied Commander (SAC), Oscar Orum, 33º IGH, meets monthly to seek out the best barbeque in Central Texas.

Membership is limited to only Scottish Rite members who possess a sincere desire to eat barbeque. Rumor has it that these members enjoy each others company during their monthly visits to BBQ emporiums throughout Central Texas.
